Data Protection and Confidentiality

When you make a purchase, we use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against fraud. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed, your card details are never seen in plain text and we never store any card details.

When you fill in the payment form and click the submit button, your details are not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link is set up between your browser and our payment processing systems.  An encryption code is requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details before leaving your premises.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.  The ecommerce software utilised on this site is VISA Payment Application Best Practices (PABP) Certified.  In addition, our payment system partners have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transation process.

We may occasionally send you information about the latest web site events or promotional offers. You will always be given the option to decline to receive further mailings.
